Ai-Do: Core Principle Cross Training

Ai-Do is an ongoing practice designed to unlock the wisdom of the body through the integration of mind, body and spirit.

Benefits: Ai-Do is a synergistic series of exercises designed to improve balance, increase centeredness, facilitate relaxation and increase flexibility of mind and body. Ai-Do will help you deal more naturally and effectively with conflict, change and uncertainty while developing compassion, empathy and collaboration.

Origins: Created by Sensei Charles Cross from his 36 years of martial arts experience, Ai-Do is derived from the transformative art of Aikido, plus Tai Chi, Zen, dance, and meditation practices. It also draws on non-violent communication and conflict resolution principles, as well as Zen and Daoist philosophy.
