Sensei Charles Cross

Sensei Cross is the founder of the Nagare Dojoand the Natural Arts Center.His 36 years of martial artsexperience, including 30 years teaching Aikido, has led to the creationof Ai-Do - a mind/body integration practice. Although Charles and hiswife Lorna have recently moved to Santa Rosa, we will be taking everyopportunity to bring him back to Eugene for workshops.
