Qigong exercises are generally slow, gentle body movements that are coordinated and connected with the mind (or intent) and the breath. Used to gently coax the body into fluidity, Qigong is practiced all over the world to regain or maintain health. This class focuses on techniques specifically to lower pain level, increase flexibility and strength, and to enhance mobility and balance for those in chronic pain.
